These cream puffs are PERFECT for Valentines Day! Filled with a light Cream Cheese Mousse and topped with a crunchy Red Velvet cracquelin crust, these are the perfect way to treat bae on this special day! ( or yourself…shhhh we wont tell!)

If picking up a few days prior to an event, immediately store cream puffs in the freezer. Defrost (uncovered) at room temperature a few hours prior to serving.
